Hall Bookings

The main hall and other facilities can be booked for hire, subject to availability and certain constraints e.g. no smoking policy. Email the administrator in the first instance to contact you to discuss or confirm details or leave a message on (0118) 979 0593.

Room Hire Rates

Rooms available are Bearwood Hall (the main hall), the Garden Room and an additional small room adjacent to the kitchen.  Hire includes the use of the kitchen and toilet facilities, and central heating.  Access to the walled garden is available in the summer. 

Private functions and/or commercial hires will be charged at double rate, and all hires attract a setting up charge of 50% where required.

Please see Further Details for individual rates and general hire policies.  There is a blanket policy of no alcohol and no smoking on the premises.  Hall users may be required to show evidence of appropriate insurance.
