Phil Creighton The well-known story from 2 Samuel 11 describes how David, the all-powerful king, thought he could do what he liked, and allowed lust to be the reason for a bad mistake. The message explores men’s needs to have a friend or friends they can trust, talk to, get help from – and be a source of understanding wisdom, to avoid a pitfall. Phil’s passion for the church to include all kinds and ages of people – including men – comes through strongly. He is a member of Wycliffe Baptist Church, Reading and the youngest-ever President of the Baptist Men’s Movement (BMM).
